WHEN TWO WORLDS COLLIDE

Describe your work in three words.

Surreal, because I love to explore my dreams. Psychedelic, because it’s full of magical colors. Freedom because every time I compose or create art I do it from the most liberated part of me, without any pretenses or prejudice.

What does your art focus on?

It’s a great mix of everything from the past, and the different dimensions that one can reach with one’s imagination.

What triggers your imagination?

When I explore art from the past decades, especially from the 60s, 70s and 80s, it stirs this creative explosion inside of me, whether I’m working on collage art or music.

Who’s had the most influence on your artistic growth?

My biggest influencers were Jesse Treece and Eudenia Loli. I discovered them in 2012 and fell in love with the way they create their compositions. We ended up chatting a lot on Facebook and we became friends with time. Later on, I also discovered Superstudio and Archizoom which also had a big influence on my work.

Besides your computer/phone, what is the one thing you cannot work without?

Speakers: I work with music. I listen to entire albums all day long. I love music.

Has Instagram influenced your work?

I think Instagram has helped me a lot. By being able to showcase my work, I was able to reach many people from different countries. It became fundamental in expanding my artistic expression.

Your all-time five favorite music tracks?

John Lennon - Watching The Wheels

George Harrison - Blue Jay Way

The Velvet Underground - Sunday Morning

Lou Reed - A Gift

The Rolling Stones -2000 Light Years from Home

Name three Instagram accounts you follow religiously.

Wild Cabins, Artsfblog and art_psycho

If you could live inside a movie, which one would it be?

Today I would live in the movie “The Secret Garden”, haha, a film I watched when I was a child. Any contact with nature is magical and keeps you safe from today’s monotonous system.

Who is your dream collaboration?

Any collaboration that would allow me to expand my ideas freely.

What keeps you going?

Always being ready to get inspired and always producing work, every single day, whether it’s music or visual arts.
