- I hereby certify that all the information provided is correct. - I hereby certify that I am the sole owner of the artwork provided - I hereby certify that all elements of my artwork have been obtained legally/royalty-free - Prices of artwork will include printing, packaging and shipping of the posters. - Prints will be in limited editions of 100 each. - After deducting the cost of print and shipping, Plastik will split -the profit 50/50 with the Artist. Plastik will provide a monthly report on sales. Payment will be made each month a sale is made via bank transfer, PayPal, or cheque, depending on the residing country of the Artist. - The sales will be shared at the end of each month with the artist and a payment will be made on the first week of each month via a wire transfer, or PayPal (payment method to be decided upon by the Artist). - Artist grants PLASTIK Non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, copy, publish, display (including but not limited to electronic, print, video and any other technology now known or that may be developed in the future which may or may not, in PLASTIK’s sole discretion, include a visible watermark), and distribute each Image in low resolution of max 1080 x 840 Pixels 300 DPI in order to promote Artist’s work and sell Images in an Allotted Number of Limited Editions (if any). - This agreement is valid for 1 year from the date of receipt of completed and signed form.
